    Primary Function: An office assistant plays a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the department by providing administrative support. This position is primarily responsible for providing front desk coverage and general duties which include, but are not limited to, files management, calendar management, ordering, customer service, and light cleaning in the office suite. Must possess strong attention to detail, good organizational skills with the ability to ensure accurate work. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee/student-related information. Ability to work independently, but as part of a team concept.
