Job duties include but are not limited to: * Supervise up to 11 full-time staff including hiring, coaching, training, resolving personnel issues, and conducting performance evaluations. * Oversees administration of day-to-day operations for the program and ensures deliverables are met. * Aligns deliverables to the program's outcome. * Meets with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals. * Manages the program budget. * Interfaces with university departments, funding sources, outside organizations and state/government agencies. * Maintain effective professional and team relationships that meet CPM core values. * Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position. * Assesses program effectiveness and identifies areas of improvement. This position may be eligible for a hybrid remote work schedule. This position requires a background check that involves a national search and fingerprint search to be eligible for employment.
