Purpose
This role leads complex multi-disciplinary initiatives that drive innovation in microsystems technology. By orchestrating collaboration across internal teams and external partners, it ensures strategic alignment, timely execution, and clear communication of progress. Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-disciplinary programs supporting TIE's advanced microsystems roadmap.

For both levels:
Education: BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in advanced packaging technologies (e.g. 2.5D interposers, through-silicon vias, wafer-level packaging, 3D stacking, RDL/interposer technologies) and heterogeneous integration techniques. You have direct experience developing or managing cutting-edge packaging solutions and understand the nuances of modeling, simulation, and reliability across electrical, thermal, and mechanical domains.
Process & EDA Familiarity: Working knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and electronic design automation (EDA) flows for PDK/ADK creation and integration with major EDA vendor flows. You can effectively interface with process engineers and EDA teams, ensuring packaging solutions integrate smoothly with design and manufacturing workflows.

Purpose
The University of Texas at Austin is seeking to hire a full-time Senior MRI Program Manager to join the Biomedical Imaging Center (BIC) and lead the MR component of the BIC's mission. The BIC is a university core facility that incorporates multi-modal biomedical imaging (MRI, PET, CT, optical imaging) and supports basic, translational and clinical research at UT-Austin and the wider community. Our user-base is diverse and encompasses human and preclinical imaging across multiple fields including oncology, neurology, psychology, psychiatry, nutrition and biomedical engineering. The Associate Director of MRI Research will occupy a key leadership position within the BIC and be responsible for expanding our technical capabilities and services, enhancing our educational programs, and overseeing the management of our imaging systems. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the application of MRI to biomedical research - preferably familiar with both pre-clinical and human imaging - with the vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to increase our impact on the global imaging community.
Responsibilities
Direct the MRI component of the BIC's scientific and educational mission.
Provide the scientific and academic expertise to guide the expansion of our technical capabilities by liaising with faculty and developing and implementing new MRI methods and services on the Center's MRI systems.
Lead the MRI team and oversee the management of the clinical and preclinical MR systems of the BIC, ensuring that each system is operating effectively and efficiently.
Coordinate the educational and training programs of the BIC regarding MR imaging and spectroscopy, including the development of curricula that ensure institutional safety and compliance requirements are met.
Collaborate with our support team and provide advanced technical support to BIC users for human and pre-clinical MR imaging and spectroscopy.
Serve as the representative of the Center's MR operations to the research community; perform local outreach concerning BIC's resources and services.
Perform other duties as requested.
Required Qualifications
PhD in a discipline related to biomedical MRI e.g. biomedical engineering, physics, chemistry / biochemistry, with a detailed knowledge of MR physics. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a doctoral qualification.
3 or more years of post-doctoral experience in the application of MRI to human neuroimaging research, ideally including fMRI applications.
Pulse Sequence and / or image reconstruction programming.
Demonstrated ability to train and support researchers in MRI.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to think independently and assess critically / resolve complex problems.

Purpose
The Academic & Workforce Program Manager will oversee TIE's academic and workforce initiatives and, if awarded, will serve as the operational lead for the National Network for Microelectronics Education Regional Node, supporting multi-state coordination, subawards, and reporting. The role also contributes to business development, budget forecasting, and revenue strategies essential to TIE's long-term workforce sustainability.
Responsibilities

Purpose
Analyze project CPM schedules from PMs and contractors to verify compliance with PDC PM policies and contract documents. Develop reports on analysis results, methods of recovery and schedule enhancements, and areas for improvement to the benefit of the project and PDC clients.
Responsibilities
Analyze P6 CPM schedules and provide detailed reports identifying issues which will affect the critical path of all CIP projects. Utilize industry standard CPM schedule analysis software such as Schedule Analyzer along with experience and knowledge of construction schedules, UT System and UT Austin contracts and requirements. Analyze task relationships, leveling, critical path, lags/leads, resource and cost loading data as required by contract.
Analyze Microsoft Project schedules developed by PMs for all projects and for those contractors using it for CP Projects. Utilize industry standard CPM schedule analysis software along with experience and knowledge of construction schedules, UT System and UT Austin contracts and requirements. Analyze task relationships, leveling, critical path, lags/leads, resource and cost loading data as required by contract.
Monitor each analyzed CPM schedule periodically to validate critical schedule issues identified are resolved. Work with the PM and contractor to utilize the analysis to recover, enhance, or shorten a schedule to the benefit of the project and client by conducting meetings, workshops, and planning sessions.
Develop, present, and implement a CPM schedule development, analysis, and schedule recovery training syllabus and sessions to educate PMs, CAs, clients, and leadership on the importance of proper project schedule development and maintenance practices to identify and mitigate project risks.
Aggregate schedule analysis issues, recovery strategies, etc. by project type to develop leading indicators that can be applied as Lessons Learned for presentation to PMs and PDC leadership and to assist planning of future projects by type. Hold regular meetings with PMs, Team Leads, Associate Directors, and Directors to present schedule dashboard data.
Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult project problems to the PM in coordination with the Project Controls Group. May interface with clients, attend regular meetings and give statistical reports as needed.
Other related functions as assigned.
Required Qualifications
5 years of design and construction scheduling and scheduling analysis experience with emphasis on university or Federal projects. P6 and MS Project scheduling required. Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (technical training and related experience may be considered in lieu of). Understanding of CPM and Earned Value Management System. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and construction and AE contracts. Strong written and verbal communications skills with ability to develop and present reports and analysis data to a diverse audience. Regular, reliable attendance a must. Work productively during operating hours and meet deadlines timely. Will visit project worksites regularly to verify progress of projects against the schedules being analyzed.

Preferred Qualifications
10 years of design and construction scheduling and scheduling analysis experience with emphasis on university or Federal projects. 3 years of design and construction scheduling and scheduling analysis experience with UT Austin and UT System projects. PM4 will provide professional projectmanagement and leadership for major Capital Improvement Program (CIP, > $10M TPC) projects at UT Austin for highly technical, mission critical, and sensitive project types. Purpose
Provide professional projectmanagement of complex higher education academic, research and healthcare projects across multiple campuses. Project types include new construction, fit-out of shell spaces, renovations, and refurbishment of existing buildings and infrastructure. Managesproject team in directing design professionals, collaborating with campus partners, and administering contracts necessary to meet project goals, while maintaining budget, schedule and timely reporting to leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead complex projects involving planning, design and execution of major higher education capital projects by providing project leadership, communication, coordination and conflict resolution to ensure project goals are met. May also be responsible for managing select projects as assigned by the Associate Director depending on resource needs.
Responsible for project budget, schedule, and procurement of design and construction services. Assist ProjectManagers to drive progress of consultants to achieve expected functionality; and recommend alternatives to recover negative float. Facilitate timely decisions by campus representatives and report progress and issues impacting the project goals to stakeholders. Oversee projectmanagers efforts to manageproject from initiation through completion of construction.
Advocate with integrity for the campus contract negotiations. Review and approve design and construction contracts, changes, technical service contracts, Guaranteed Maximum Price submittals, bid documents, pay applications, etc. Facilitate UT Austin and UT System approvals as required.
During construction, direct and/or provide support to Project Team, Construction Administrators, and institution staff in management of construction activities and processes. Assist ProjectManagers in applying UT Austin Capital Planning and Construction project control processes to track progress; for consistency; to mitigate risks; and to assure compliance with Board of Regents Rules' Regulations and applicable State and Federal statutes and regulations.
Stay current in Codes and Regulations applicable to design and construction, including International Building Codes, NFPA 101, TDLR, OSHA, ADA, ASHRAE 90.1, SWPPP, and any special requirements of the building type (e.g., healthcare, research labs, special campus project types, etc.) or the local jurisdictions.
Support UT Austin in pre-project planning activities, including Capital Improvement Plan preparation and Board of Regents and Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board submittals and approval processes.
Participate in or lead process improvement initiatives as assigned by the Assistant Director.
Other related functions as assigned. Collaborate with other UT Austin colleagues to initiate and develop process improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or related discipline.
10 or more years of experience providing projectmanagement of design and construction activities for renovations and new construction, including institutional or commercial facilities.
3 or more years of experience providing projectmanagement of capital projects with a Total Project Cost of $10M or more.
Working knowledge of contract documents (plans, specifications).
Experience negotiating construction contracts.
Working knowledge of life safety and building codes including, NFPA 101, IBC, ASHRAE, Texas Accessibility Standards, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, among others.
Experience using Excel, Microsoft Word, and scheduling software such as MS Project.
Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple simultaneous activities in a varied and complex environment.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications
Licensed Architect or Engineer in the State of Texas, or licensure in another state and eligible for reciprocity with the State of Texas, or ability to obtain professional licensure in the State of Texas within two years.
LEED‐AP credentials.
Experience managing design and construction for projects in a higher education setting as the owner's representative.
10 or more years of experience providing projectmanagement of major capital projects with a Total Project Cost of $10M or more.
ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) certification, or other similar demonstration of formal projectmanagement training.
Driving Required
This job requires a class "C" operator's driver's license. The applicant selected must provide a current three year driving record from the current state of residence. If not currently a Texas resident, a Texas driver's license must be obtained within 30 days of becoming a Texas resident. Purpose

Required Qualifications

* Assist with project planning and implementation, including developing scopes, schedules, and budgets; tracking progress; and addressing emergent issues with emphasis on cost and schedule control. Provide timely updates and maintain accurate documentation. Maintain project databases and documentation to ensure accurate tracking and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
* Oversee CNS project purchasing, including ProCard and POS transactions. Track expenditures, reconcile accounts, monitor budgets, and prepare financial reports to ensure compliance with institutional guidelines.

Required Qualifications
