Uranium One CEO and leadership

Eduard became Managing Director of Lotus Resources in June 2020. He has significant international executive experience in the mining and metals industry with a focus on operations, corporate development and strategy developed through his over 15-year career in the resources and financial industries.

Prior to becoming MD, Eduard was responsible for uranium production, development and exploration in eight countries around the world, including Kazakhstan, the U.S. and Tanzania, and for the growth and management of the global nuclear utility order book at Uranium One Inc. based in Toronto, Canada. He helped drive the financial transformation of the business, refinancing over $500 million of debt with listings in Toronto, Luxembourg and Moscow exchanges, delivering more than $100 million in annual cost savings and maintaining cost-optimal production.

Eduard served as Uranium One’s Chief Executive Officer from 2016 to 2019 and Manager of its Corporate Development and Corporate Projects Divisions from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, he held various senior positions at Royal Bank of Canada’s Strategy and Transformations Group and at KPMG’s Corporate Finance Group.

Juliana Lam is an Exec VP/CFO at Uranium One Inc and Board Member at Major Drilling Group International Inc. She has worked as Senior VP:Finance at Kinross Gold and Chief Financial Officer at Nexans Canada. Juliana works or has worked as Financial Counsellor at Calibre Asset Management Limited. She attended University of Western Ontario, Ivey School Of Business, and University of Toronto.

Oleg Konorev is a CEO at TD ROSTOR LLC, Independent Sales Agent at Chemical-Metallurgical Plant, and Business Development Director at HYPROCHLOR LLC and is based in Moscow, Moscow City, Russia. He has worked as CEO at SIG, Deputy director of Engineering at Eco Engineering, and Deputy General Manager at Quartz Park Management company LLC. Oleg attended Moscow State University of Chemical Engineering between 1999 and 2002 and Moscow State University of Chemical Engineering between 1994 and 1999.

Paul Clarke works at Uranium One Inc and a VP and Branch Chief Kazakhstan at Uranium One Inc and is based in Kazakhstan.

A results oriented Senior Executive and Chartered Accountant with extensive leadership, commercial, strategic financial and risk management, corporate governance experience in operational roles in multinational and listed corporations (ASX and TSX).

Track record of success over 25+ years across a broad range of industries including: including reshaping business portfolios and driving performance improvement projects. Rachel has been instrumental in crafting organisational transformation, assisting companies to operate effectively in a changing landscape to not only navigate the business through change but capitalise on new opportunities as they arise.

Rachel’s International and Australian work experiences have provided her with a strong foundation in strategic business planning, contract negotiation, capital project management, ASX company secretarial experience, financial reporting & modelling, budgeting & forecasting, ERP system implementation, treasury, investor relations, statutory reporting M&A transactional, debt & equity fund raising, , and cultural awareness.
