**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Vendor Support**
+ Provide first-line phone support to vendors during normal business hours.

+ Ensure vendors understand and adhere to company policies and procedures for dispute resolution.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Collaborate with market procurement and finance teams to resolve trade, expense, and deduction issues.
+ Assist field HPSM users with questions and guidance.
+ Identify and address potential issues with vendors, procurement processes, and receiving procedures to improve overall productivity.
**Project Support**
+ Participate in and complete assigned projects as directed by supervisors or managers.
**RELATIONSHIPS**

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Three years AP experience
**EDUCATION**

About You

The Role:
The Project Compliance & Enrollment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the company's national construction and installation projects by managing all OCIP/CCIP enrollments, subcontractor and customer prequalification documentation, and certified payroll compliance. ROLE
SUMMARY
The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling proactive maintenance work in coordination with maintenance resources and production needs and is also responsible for managing spare parts for the department. This includes the physical storeroom organization, parts data management and buying.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Scheduling:
Communicate with Operations and Maintenance, to coordinate production and maintenance schedules.
Create documented schedule of maintenance jobs each period, based on work priority, asset availability and skill/availability of personnel.
Distribute finalized maintenance schedules to all departments prior to each schedule period.
Update scheduling standard process and practices based on feedback from the maintenance team.
Ensure the implementation of the overall Maintenance Strategy by aligning maintenance PM schedules with business plans to meet short and long-term requirements.
Monitor maintenance schedule attainment, PM on time completion and prepare Maintenance KPI reports.
Coordinate with Planner on PM schedule adjustments or on new PM procedure initial schedule set up.
Coordinate scheduling of and on-site direction for 3rd party contractors.
Spare Parts Storeroom Leadership:
Leads and supports the Maintenance Clerk with stocking decisions, reactive maintenance response and maintaining parts inventory.
Create and update maintenance spare parts storage processes and procedures.
Ensure that maintenance parts inventory is accurate and that storage areas are secure, organized, and clean.
Ensure consumed stocked items are replenished and remain available.
Order parts and obtain part prices / availability as required for non-stocked items as needed from both reactive and proactive work.
Work with maintenance leadership and use documented criteria to ensure good decisions on stocking new parts.
Provide support on reactive maintenance as needed including parts delivery, parts searching and expedited ordering.
Look for opportunities to improve pricing and services from suppliers and 3rd party service providers.
Improve and maintain parts inventory Master Data in the CMMS.
Interface with project teams on new capital projects as required, providing recommendations on spare part decisions.
Other:
Train and Coach Maintenance team members on CMMS usage, scheduling processes and storeroom procedures.

The O perations Coordinator serves as a member of the Educare of Omaha, Inc. leadership team and is responsible for coordination of school operations to include communicating with parents, overseeing non-instructional student activities, facilitating student enrollment, scheduling staff, more complex data entry, and assisting with eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance (ERSEA) tasks.

Full Time (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday); 12 Months. The typical work schedule is 9:00am-5:30pm with flexibility available as needed. Schedule will vary based on the needs of the school and the organization.
⭐ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Management
Assist in preparation and review of monitoring reports as identified by the School Director.
Ensure process of completing all necessary paperwork regarding CACFP forms according to NDE standards in a timely manner.
Coordinate all School-based events.
Coordinate the inclusion of program volunteers and practicum students.
Ensure playground checklists are completed and monitored and work orders are submitted as needed.
Ensure handwashing temperature is between 100-120 degrees.
Schedule staff and coordinate classroom coverage as necessary.
Create and maintain an internal work order ticket and submit to building engineer.
Ensure emergency procedures, emergency location/phone number and evacuation routes are posted in each room and fire extinguishers are current.
Schedule and document fire, tornado, and intruder drills.
Maintain and submit diaper bank spread sheet by due date each month.
Responsible for covering the front desk in the absence of the Administrative Assistant.
Completes all assigned internal monitoring.
Data Management
Ensure data is entered into Child Plus database and create reports as needed.
Monitor developmental screenings are completed and recorded in child plus for all children (DECA, ASQ).
Check points of service daily and attendance weekly for missing attendance codes and ensure correct code is entered if missing.
Enter data for home visits and parent staff conferences, and other items needed for monitoring.
Ensure TSG is updated for participant and staff changes.
Ensure classroom inventory is completed and entered in Child Plus.
Ensure proper billing codes are set up and adjusted as needed to process parent billing.
Track, receive and post parent fee payments in Child Plus.
Ensure in-kind is collected and entered into Child Plus.
Update and send rosters to UNMC (MMI) monthly.
Ensure data is updated on the Sixpence website.
Maintain E-DECA database.

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Human Resources or related field required . Educational degree in teaching or administration preferred.
Three to five years of experience in business management or educational management preferred.
Experience with MS Word, Excel, and willingness to learn other software programs.

This person is part of the team that will process customer requests involving new parts/equipment as well as coordinating repairs and help move them efficiently through the process.
Close communication with both the Sales and Service departments, as well as customers, will be essential to properly perform this position. Duties will include: entering sales orders from either quotations or purchase orders, quoting freight, verifying completeness and accuracy of all order information, issuing RMA numbers, providing clear return instructions, communicating order/RMA status, confirming payment & return shipping details, creating and forwarding shipment documents/labels and ensuring all necessary documents are recorded as required. In summary, this position plans, schedules, and coordinates the efficient distribution of GSSI product sales, service and shipments to customer locations.
This is a full-time, in-office position based out of GSSIs Nashua, NH headquarters.
Primary Responsibilities:
Interacts with and quickly responds to customer requests, quotes, purchases, order status, etc.
Daily communication with customers, via phone, email, chat and text/IM messages
Ensures all order details are properly gathered and documented, including company name, address, terms, payments, quotes, delivery dates, ship method, part #/unit #, etc.
Maintains customer details in the CRM database
Supports other customer facing employees as needed.
Generates required shipping documentation for all shipments leaving GSSI, domestic and international
Works closely with the Packer / Shipper and all of Operations to coordinate shipments
Process requests for equipment returns and issues RMA numbers
Maintains GSSIs Automated Export Systems (AES) account
Maintains certification for class 9 dangerous goods shipping and handling (batteries)
Follows up with manufacturing or inventory for open requests
Perform final review of all details for accuracy and completeness prior to shipment
Support projects and help implement system changes and improvements
Other related duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
Requirements:
Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience
1-3 years experience in a customer service environment; order entry experience preferred
Communicate in a positive and friendly manner and able to articulate precise written and verbal instructions for customers
Must be a highly motivated team player with an ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
Must have excellent phone skills to handle inbound phone calls and make outbound phone calls
Must be detail oriented, accurate and have excellent follow-up and multitasking skills.
Must be proficient in computer use, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
Experience with CRM is helpful
