Performed leadership roles in BD and Ops, spearheaded business vertical of leading edtech companies. Managed Implementation of educational interventions in over 25 thousand institutions that empowered more than 17 million learners and educators.

Responsibilities handled include strategising execution of large scale ICT infrastructure in a state covering hundreds of institutions, local deployment of resources, building new teams for business, launch of startup, business planning, managing BD and Ops of an independent BU, Implementing large scale projects, Mentoring teams etc.

Participated in a no of brainstorming sessions on PPP and ICT policy planning at Ministry of Education, represented industry views and challenges at grassroots. Was also a member of working group to revise ICT framework 2017 of ministry of education, Govt of India.

I have also been into consulting services to global investors and Edtech start-ups for over 2 years, direct or through reputed international consulting firms, on opportunities in education domain, market trends, demands, challenges, gaps in expectations, implementational challenges at grassroot level etc.

Currently spearheading a business team at Veative Labs, a global Edtech organisation that reaches out to 32 countries with its immersive learning solutions for K12 learners, schools, universities and industrial organisations.

As there is lot more to be done to empower education, I am doing my bit by offering support to stakeholders and am available for consulting on adopting technologies for education - building edtech platform, Online/Offline/VR Lab/XR Learning/ Virtual Campus to collectively achieve greater outcomes.
