Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Targeting Analyst to join our team at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), supporting the 363rd ISR Wing (363 ISRW). The Targeting Analyst will play a critical role in conducting target development and operational planning to support mission-critical objectives. This position requires expertise in multi-discipline intelligence analysis, targeting methodologies, and the ability to deliver actionable intelligence to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct target development and target system analysis to identify, prioritize, and assess targets in support of operational and strategic objectives.
Analyze, and synthesize data to provide support for multi-discipline ISR, cyberspace, and targeting in a net-centric environment.
Perform Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis to integrate intelligence from multiple sources (e.g., GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT) into comprehensive targeting products.
Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including target folders, weaponeering solutions, and collateral damage estimates.
Support ISR Target Development (ITD/ATD) and Tactical Systems Analysis (TSA) to enhance mission planning and execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mission planners, operators, and intelligence analysts, to ensure timely and accurate targeting support.
Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection to address them.
Provide briefings and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders on targeting efforts and mission impacts.
Maintain proficiency in targeting tools, methodologies, and software to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge intelligence solutions.
Ensure compliance with all security protocols, classification guidelines, and organizational policies.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Experience Level: At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have associate's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the bachelor's
degree.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in target development, ISR analysis, and weaponeering methodologies.
Familiarity with targeting tools and software, such as Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB), Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT), or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms, processes, and targeting tradecraft.
Skills:
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting the 363 ISRW or similar organizations.
Knowledge of ISR Target Development (ITD/ATD) and operational-level intelligence planning.
Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government targeting training course or specialized intelligence certification.
Familiarity with advanced targeting tradecraft techniques and methodologies.
Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts in targeting analysis.

Target Salary Range $86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
