    Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Team Member Systems Analyst to join our team supporting the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) modernization program. The SAP Systems Analyst will play a critical role in setting up, maintaining, and supporting the technical landscape for migration to S/4HANA, focusing on environment setup, technical migrations, system performance, and cloud architecture. What you will do: Set up the different environments and manage the migration of development and configuration across the SAP systems landscape. Assist in determining database sizing, storage requirements, and planning for future system growth. Support compliance by analyzing and addressing technical and system security findings across SAP environments. Collaborate with infrastructure and database teams for performance tuning, patch deployment, and system maintenance. Assist with production deployments and ensure minimal disruptions by analyzing pre- and post-deployment technical performance. Maintain technical documentation for the SAP landscape, environment setup, and migration activities. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience OR 9 years of experience and a HS diploma. At least 5 years of experience in an SAP Basis administration or technical analyst role. Minimum 5 years of latest experience with SAP S/4HANA Brownfield migration Experience with Azure administration, Infrastructure design and architecture Experience with HANA DB administration Experience with SAP S/4HANA, GRC, SolMan and PI/PO administration Strong analytical background and technical experience with Linux OS. The selected individual will maintain a specific focus on strategic planning, consolidation efforts, and coordination with Center and Agency IT Master Planning activities. Experience with human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows, curated review and refinement processes, and quality assurance for AI-generated outputs. Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for senior military and government stakeholders, including experience with customer demonstrations and competitive proposal support. Target Salary Range $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
