Submit timely expense reimbursement. * Calendar and coordinate HRLT and other meeting agendas, minutes and follow-ups for the HR team's operating model (annual cadence of meetings) and optimize for effectiveness, ensure updates are managed timely with internal/ external team members. Organize and maintain the functions Sharepoint, Teams and other sites to ensure access to information for the teams. * Organize, coordinate and arrange conferences, meet and greets, team meetings, training sessions, functional employee onboarding and other events including HR annual meeting inclusive of agendas, travel, set-up, supplies and equipment and overall coordination. * Manage purchase approval process and P-Card administration for the function. Process invoices and submit timely for payment and cross charging as needed. Partner proactively with Finance to ensure budget updates are made. Education and Experience: * 5+ years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant supporting executive-level leaders, in different locations, and their teams required. * Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience. * Prior experience in food service, retail distribution and/or manufacturing industry preferred. * Prior experience working in or support HR is highly desired. Employment Type: Salaried Shift: Second Work Arrangement: Onsite Provide day to day supervision for all operational activities related but not limited to picking and loading of orders; receipt and unloading of inbound orders; warehousing and storage of stock; housekeeping and sanitation; safety, security and quality assurance for all work shifts in distribution; manage drop trailer yard for accuracy and controls including welcome center check in/out processes; and ensure departmental compliance to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Major Duties and Responsibilities: * Provide supervision for the daily efforts in receiving, storing and shipping of all finished products. Provide operational support to Sales Coordinator to reconcile any customer complaints that originated out of department. Support Distribution team efforts through the effective utilization of manpower, equipment and facilities * Responsible for the rearrangement of stock layout to best accommodate new product, consolidate existing product and recommend improvements in stock layout which would provide the most efficient flow of work * Help coordinate, implement, teach and participate in safety program activities to prevent and or reduce accidents. Provide all required safety training * Establish and maintain housekeeping and sanitation practices consistent with the requirements of federal, state and local regulations. Conduct monthly inspections to ensure compliance * Assist the Manager in the evaluation of warehouse duties in areas of shipping, receiving, order selecting and clerical and make recommendations to reduce non-productive effort in order to increase productivity * Select, hire, train and appraise warehouse personnel to attain the highest standards of service and optimum productivity levels. Assure compliance with all published instructions and procedures related to warehousing matters through regular meetings to cover safety, GMPs, etc. * Ensures inventory accuracy by providing for the routine completion of location audits, ensures outbound orders are audited outside of customer specific requirements, investigates order shipping errors and develops corrective actions where required. Oversee the scheduling of all inbound and outbound shipments, maintain logs and prepare documents as necessary. Employment Type: Salaried Work Arrangement: Hybrid The Senior Functional Analyst - Oracle R2R will lead the end-to-end implementation and ongoing management of Ventura Foods' Oracle Fusion Record to Report (R2R) initiatives with cross-functional interactions across tracks like PLM, O2C, and S2P. This role will be responsible for the entire delivery of systems solutions: Requirements, Fit-Gap assessment, Solution Designs, Configurations, Business process flow setups, Implementation, Cutover, Validation, and Operational maintenance of Record to Report and custom extensions, ensuring they are tightly aligned with both the Oracle Fusion platform and Ventura Foods' business processes. The role will be a primary SME for the R2R track, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust, efficient system solutions. In addition, the role will be the key coordinator, working closely with various development tracks and SI partners to deliver a stable, scalable, user-friendly Oracle solution, ensuring the R2R track consistently provides measurable value to the organization. Major Duties and Responsibilities: * Functional Expertise - Oracle Fusion (Primary - R2R): End to end solutions/system designs across R2R Track and related custom extension/apps. Define Business process cycles and related cross module/external interfaces & integrations. Build system solutions using CEMLI (configurations, extensions, modifications, localizations & integrations). * Business Engagement & Partnership: Partner with business stakeholders, understand the various systems and business processes, establish a continuous cadence.
