In May, 2016, Dr. Umberto Marseglia joined Vericor as Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to joining Vericor, Umberto was VP of Global Business at Calfrac Well Services, based in Calgary (Canada) since 2011. During his time in Canada, Umberto was part of a delegation in Mexico with President Peña Nieto, President Obama and PM Harper to the trilateral meeting of North America. In 2015 he co-founded and was elected President of the “Mexican Talent Network – Chapter Alberta & Saskatchewan” and in the same year co-founded and was elected Board Director of Sun God Resources, a Canadian E&P. Prior to his Calfrac assignment Umberto worked for more than 22 years at Schlumberger where he held various management positions in the oil industry in Latin America, USA, Europe, Africa and Middle East.Umberto received his degree as Doctor in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico of Milan (Italy) in 1988 and graduated in 2000 in School of Business Administration at Harvard University in Strategic Marketing.

Before joining Vericor in 2005, Troy Hoyte worked for Ellesse USA, a subsidiary of the Pentland Group PLC, as an Accounting Manager. Prior to that, Troy worked as an accountant for the Harvard Club of New York, and before joining the Harvard Club, he held various positions at National Bank of Industry and Commerce in Guyana. Troy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Baruch College (CUNY) and an MBA in Finance from Mercer University.
