Vern Eide GM is looking for a Reconditioning Service Technician to add to our talented crew. If you've got some automotive repair experience, your own basic tools, and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hire you - and soon! This position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm. Overtime may be available, but is not required. Starting pay is $20- $24 an hour, depending on experience, with a full benefits package. You'll be working in a climate-controlled facility (no matter the season!) that features new hoists, new benches, and no flat-rate work. Key Responsibilities Recondition incoming trade vehicles by performing inspections, changing oil/fluids/filters/wiper blades, and performing any basic repairs that the vehicle needs upon your first look. Perform light mechanical work such as brakes, tires, alignments, battery installs, fuel pumps, axle seals, oil cooler lines, and other similar repairs. Light diagnostic work may also be required. C & B Operations with 36 John Deere dealerships in 6 states is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Roscoe, South Dakota dealership. The C & B Ag Diesel Apprenticeship is a unique opportunity for mechanically minded individuals to gain an advanced knowledge of Ag Diesel Technology without the traditional technical school format or expense. Candidates who are accepted into the program will gain paid full-time employment and be paid for both their training and working time.
