C & B Operations with 36 John Deere dealerships in 6 states is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Roscoe, South Dakota dealership. The C & B Ag Diesel Apprenticeship is a unique opportunity for mechanically minded individuals to gain an advanced knowledge of Ag Diesel Technology without the traditional technical school format or expense. Candidates who are accepted into the program will gain paid full-time employment and be paid for both their training and working time. Individuals must commit to a rigorous training schedule comprised of (1) personal instruction through John Deere University online courses, (2) concentrated instructor-led training and (3) competency based on the job learning. Occasional travel and overnight stays are required to access critical training resources and to accommodate the accelerated pace of instruction. Upon demonstration of all required competencies, apprentices will receive a Certificate of Apprenticeship in Ag Diesel Technology.
