The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met. This position is 100% remote/virtual,
preferably based in the region to which the ISR is assigned.
Essential Functions
Sales and Marketing
Consult with current and potential customers in an assigned geographic area using phone, email, texts, videoconferencing, and other platforms to convert new business, maintain current customers, and grow market share.
Communicate daily with Territory Managers, Regional Manager, Marketing, and other company organizations and external partners as required.
Form long-standing customer relationships with assigned accounts.
Develop and implement sales plans to meet business goals.
Travel occasionally as needed for training, sales meetings, conferences, etc.
Utilize Vetoquinol's Sales Excellence program to engage with customers.
Customer Service
Assist customers in a timely manner.
Manage orders taken by phone, email, or other methods; ensure accurate entry into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and communicate information to distribution partners.
Organize workflow to meet customer and company deadlines.
Present and discuss the products and services of the company in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity, and superior understanding of customer needs.
Manage inbound and outbound phone calls professionally and efficiently, using good communication skills.
Attend to customer questions, complaints, and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
General/Administrative
Document all customer interactions with detailed notes in the CRM system.
Support the company vision and mission, and demonstrate the corporate core values in all professional activities.
Comply with all OSHA safety requirements, work rules, and regulations.
Compile and maintain all required records, documents, etc.
Follow systems and procedures outlined in company manuals.
Communicate out-of-office plans to manager and teammates to ensure uninterrupted customer coverage.
All other duties as requested by management.
Qualifications
Formal Education and Certification
Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of inside sales experience preferred.
Knowledge and Experience
Inside sales experience highly preferred.
Experience in the animal health industry highly preferred.
Personal Attributes
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and with shifting priorities.
Team player willing to participate in meetings and other team activities.
Ability to manage time efficiently and to multi-task.

Job Description
The Cardiovascular Sales Representative will be a part of Milestone Pharmaceuticals new sales team provided by EVERSANA that will be launching a new therapy in the cardiovascular therapeutic space. The Cardiovascular Sales Representative will achieve territory sales goals by promoting Milestone Pharmaceuticals new therapy to physicians as well as other medical personnel within their assigned geography. The Representative will educate physicians and office staff on the use, characteristics, advantages, indications, and all other developments related to promoted product(s). The Representative will professionally represent Milestone Pharmaceuticals and EVERSANA in the field and ensure high levels of visibility and customer satisfaction in the territory. The Representative will maintain effective communication and relationships with key external and internal customers. This position is responsible for achieving both territory product sales goals and territory sales activity goals through company defined metrics.

About the Role

Function: As a Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and expertise to clients visiting the showroom. You will assist customers in selecting plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, appliances, tile, and other materials. You are also responsible for offering product recommendations and technical guidance to meet their needs. Additionally, you will strive to meet sales targets, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the showroom. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage with customers visiting the showroom, actively listening to their needs and preferences to provide personalized product recommendations and solutions.
Develop a deep understanding of products available in the showroom, including fixtures, faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, appliances, lighting, and accessories. Stay updated on new products, features, and trends in the industry.
Offer technical guidance and assistance to customers, explaining product features, specifications, and installation requirements. Provide advice on compatibility, functionality, and performance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Assist customers with product selection, demonstrating features and benefits, and recommending complementary items to enhance their purchase. Strive to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the achievement of showroom revenue goals.
Prepare accurate price quotations for customers, including itemized lists of selected products, pricing details, and applicable discounts or promotions.
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all specifications, quantities, and delivery details are correctly documented. Coordinate with warehouse staff and logistics teams to arrange product delivery or pickup.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases. Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Complete administrative duties related to sales transactions, including entering orders into the system, processing payments, generating invoices, and maintaining customer records and databases.
Attending industry events, trade shows, and product training sessions to stay informed about new developments and innovations in the plumbing supply market. Build relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and industry professionals to enhance product knowledge and business connections.

Position Requirements:

The Cardiovascular-Renal Sales Consultant is responsible for partnering in developing and implementing a plan for brand sales growth of BIPI and co-promoted cardio-renal-metabolic (CRM) products that aligns with direction from BIPI commercial leadership and with BIPI guidelines, policies, and directives. The Cardiovascular-Renal Sales Consultant will conduct their business with key targeted healthcare providers (Cardiology specialists/Nephrology specialists/Advanced Practice Clinicians and Allied Healthcare Professionals). The consultant will have additional responsibilities for sales activities in teaching and community hospitals, federal and military hospitals, heart failure clinics, managed health care facilities, and integrated delivery networks, etc. utilizing in-person and/or digital/virtual platforms. The CR consultant is also responsible for generating advocacy for BI products with Key Decision Makers in the hospital accounts they are responsible for. Compensation Data

Duties & Responsibilities
Executes brand strategies to ensure that company sales and marketing messages are delivered appropriately to customers.
Leverages knowledge of cardiology, nephrology, diabetes, and the marketplace to anticipate and effectively manage business opportunities and challenges.
Demonstrates knowledge of the disease state, key drivers, influencers, and prescribing patterns in territory.
Establishes and maintains effective communication/cooperation/coordination with co-promotion partners and BIPI employees.
Works effectively with all customer-facing roles (i.e.. account teams, medical teams, etc.) in each geography to meet customer needs and deliver net sales objectives.
Demonstrates knowledge of BIPI cardio-renal-metabolic (CRM) products and related marketplace, effective translation of product knowledge into the sales presentation and is customer focused with a priority directed towards providing solutions-based customer interactions.
Delivers high level of clinical and technical value to his/her customers, assisting the health care customer in meeting their unique patient care needs, all within BI regulatory guidelines.
As a trusted CR Consultant, encourages and receives requests from customers for technical information outside of standard visits.

The CR consultant must demonstrate the ability to engage with customers through a variety of digital media and platforms (live, remote video conference, marketing email etc.) and integrate digital assets and strategies into broader territory-level business plans.
Delivers on "continuation of care" model, including discharge protocol, treatment algorithms, disease management, etc. Supports the efforts in various care settings to include appropriate pull through of protocols, pathways, order sets, formularies, treatment algorithms, transition of care, and population health management initiatives to assist with the delivery of optimal care.
