Vinyl Me, Please CEO and leadership

Cameron Schaefer is a Chief Executive Officer at VMP (Vinyl Me Please) and is based in Denver Metropolitan Area. He has worked as C-17 Pilot at United States Air Force, Chief Brand Officer at VMP (Vinyl Me Please), and Head of Marketing & Label Relations at VMP (Vinyl Me Please). Cameron studied at Joint Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training between 2006 and 2007, Colorado State University between 2010 and 2012, and United States Air Force Academy between 2002 and 2006.

Adam Block is a CFO at VMP (Vinyl Me Please).

Lloyd Starr is the former President and COO of Beatport. He was one of Beatport’s first employees, starting with the company in 2003 before the site launched, as a founding software developer. During his tenure, Beatport won several accolades for quality and growth and raised $12MM in Venture Capital. Before his exit Starr played a key role in selling Beatport to SFXii and helping them take Beatport public. Since exiting Beatport, Lloyd founded Velocity Plus. Velocity Plus is focused on helping businesses increase revenue with their current assets, unlock new growth opportunities through obtaining operational efficiency, improving the value of existing relationships, building new strategic relationships, and bringing new monetization models to the companies it helps. Starr is also an advisor for several companies including Blackstone Entrepreneurial Network and FaderPro. Previously, Lloyd held creative developer/product roles at such companies as Factory Design Labs and Spire Media. He currently lives in Denver with his wife, daughter, son and dog. He is an avid runner and martial artist.

Rich Kylberg serves as the senior executive overseeing corporate marketing and communication at Arrow Electronics, an 80-year old, Fortune 150 corporation with offices in 58 countries. In five years he developed a stunning brand message and architecture, uniting this highly fragmented company around the world. Today, Arrow is Fortune’s “Most Admired Company” in its industry. Prior to joining Arrow, Rich spent twenty entrepreneurial years owning radio stations. He is a five-time Ironman finisher, and was a qualifying member of Team USA for long course triathlon. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
