The SSD ACES team is seeking a Vendor Returns Coordinator to support Removal Operations. This position is responsible for collaborating with our operational stakeholders across North America to improve Removals processes. In addition to collaborating with Fulfillment Center (FC) operations, the coordinator must build an effective working relationship with members of the World Wide Returns, ReCommerce, and Sustainability (WWR&RS), Retail and Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) teams to develop and implement initiatives focused on new channel development and improved customer experience, while maintaining operational efficiencies. The coordinator must be well versed in the removals space, be able to communicate in a way that motivates others to take action, have experience in managing projects as well as the ability to demonstrate an attention to detail and have the ability to effectively manage, often competing, priorities.
Key job responsibilities
- React quickly and productively, serving as a resource for specific problems and undertaking the steps to resolve.
- Analyze data to troubleshoot and identify improvements to current processes.
- Build relationships and identify with stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop network training materials and process documentation.
- Uphold and maintain Removals configurations in accordance to standards.
- Support on-site FC level testing and deployment of new tools.
A day in the life
Partnering across the SSD ACES, NACF Quality, and SSD Field team to acknowledge, investigate, and resolve site escalations across the SSD Removals program. Escalations will include deep dive into shipments, site configurations, and missing packages with the goal of identifying root causes and building long-term resolutions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- - 2+ years' experience in Amazon Removals space
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience working in fast paced environments, and managing workload even during times of stress, or escalated activity

This position will perform a variety of assignments requiring application of standard construction engineering and inspection techniques, FDOT standards and specifications.What You Will Be Doing:
Receive general instructions regarding assignments and is expected to exercise initiative and independent judgment in the solution of construction related work problems
Direct and assign specific tasks to inspectors and assists in all phases of the CEI construction project
Prepare reports and coordinates project meetings
Assure the quality of the contractor's work
Responsible for the progress and final estimates throughout the construction project duration
Recognize construction problems and applies standard techniques and procedures to solve the problem
Recommend field changes to drawings and specifications
Supervise field inspection staff, directs and assigns specific tasks

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering OR non-degreed individuals must have eight (8) years of responsible and related engineering experience
Minimum two (2) years of engineering experience in primary control of the construction of major road or bridge structures, overseeing two or more inspectors and support staff
Excellent visualization, communication and documentation skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet) and an individual capable of performing in an unsupervised capacity
Proven ability to distribute learned knowledge to Client, Contractor, other project personnel, Inspectors, and Material Testing Technicians
Ability to assist Senior Project Engineer/Construction Manager with many of their tasks and be able to fill this role temporarily in their absence
Aptitude to act as a positive representative of the Stanley Consultants, Inc. core values and an active participation in an outside professional organization or internal Stanley committees (i.e., Group Safety Committee, MAC, etc.)

Administer project setup in financial system, project management application.
Act as central information source by maintaining, communicating, and distributing project details in conjunction with company and client requirements.
Follow up daily with project team members on uncompleted tasks and open issue logs.
Document actions in project management application.
Update project status with client on a regular basis.
Research, compile, process and coordinate project data e.g. data entry, report generation, metrics collection.
Use the financial system to monitor budget, actual project cost and cost commitments.
Coordinate with other business areas such as Sales, Service, and Safety relating to project activities.
Organize, administer, and maintain electronic, and hard copy filing systems in accordance with Convergint's record retention policies and procedures, including regular review of project files/folder structure and contents, archiving and preparation for project team use.
Prepare Purchase Orders for project materials and coordinate orders with purchasing department.
Work with Warehouse, Project Managers, Field Supervisors and Engineering for active tracking of material orders, delivery dates, and reconciliation of project material in warehouse.
Prepare project invoices and work with the Project Managers and Accounts Receivable team with analysis and tracking of client invoices.
Assist with project closeout documentation and project turnover to Service team for warranty and post-installation support.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
