A boutique recruiting and staffing company is seeking experienced recruiters/talent acquisition specialists to join their growing team. Candidates with a JD degree or paralegal degree are preferred, those with a realtor or teacher background will also be highly considered. This position is full time, fully remote and provides the perfect opportunity for highly motivated, self-starters to make money while helping others achieve their career goals.
The recruiter will build strong candidate pipelines through traditional resources as well as digital channels. Responsibilities will include overseeing full-cycle recruiting and staffing processes including conducting intake sessions, sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and assessing candidates as well as effectively managing the offer process.
Qualifications

This role is pivotal in scaling our organization by identifying and securing top-performing sales leaders who drive growth in consulting services, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem and offshore delivery models.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the full-cycle recruitment process for high-impact sales leadership roles across multiple U.S. regions.
* Partner with CloudMoyo's senior leadership to define hiring needs, ideal candidate profiles, and go-to-market alignment.
* Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier sales leaders with experience in:
* Selling IT consulting services
* Working with or within system integrators
* Driving revenue in Microsoft ecosystems
* Managing offshore delivery engagements
* Deliver market intelligence on sales talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
* Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of sales executives, ensuring readiness for current and future roles.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to tailor recruitment strategies to territory dynamics, vertical focus, and customer segments.
* Leverage data-driven recruiting practices, ensuring ATS accuracy, reporting cadence, and performance metrics to optimize hiring outcomes.

* 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sales leadership hiring in consulting services or system integrator environments.
* Proven success hiring for roles in Microsoft partner ecosystems, including Azure, Data, Analytics, AI and Modern Workplace solution areas.
* Experience recruiting for offshore delivery models, understanding the nuances of global delivery and client engagement.
* Strong ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders across Sales, Customer Engagement, Delivery, and Engineering.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to pitch complex roles and company vision compellingly.

Pay Scale :
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At CloudMoyo, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Position Summary
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who will be responsible for creating a white-glove experience for all our candidates. The Recruiting Coordinator will engage with candidates directly throughout the recruitment process; from scheduling interviews and extending offers to initiating background checks and onboarding initiatives. They will also partner with the recruiters to support their assigned function and ensure all Hiring Managers and HR Team understand the recruitment process as well as their roles/responsibilities. This role is critical to driving a positive candidate experience and is an opportunity to interact and attract our future talent.
Position Responsibilities
Prepares and sends offer letters/packets
Provide excellent communication to candidates through phone and email correspondence.
Performs background investigation, i.e., prior employment references, etc. to gain adequate information on which to base a selection decision
Notifies final candidates of consideration or rejection
Partner with recruiting team to understand the culture and business drivers of the assigned functional area.
Communicate to recruiting team any stated or perceived challenges throughout the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding process.
Support team with key strategic, HR and process improvement initiatives
Spearheading and taking ownership of the onboarding process to close
Administrative & Other HR/Recruiting duties as assigned
Position Requirements
