In 2018 Marshall founded Vooks a streaming service for animated storybooks. Together with Russell Hirtzel, Shannon Bex, and Joey Jenkins, Marshall. He’s a brand experience strategist, creative director, entrepreneur, and leader that makes the complicated simple. He has worked for over a decade with top brands to concept, design, film, code, and strategize each unique story and experience. He spent ten years with the Nike Brand Design group introducing new products and concepts to market leading teams as the creative director and director, producing films, motion graphics, and experiential content that told Nike’s product stories to the world.

Marshall Bex is a husband to his high school sweetheart April and daddo to his three kids Laci, Marshall, and Brynnan.

Marshall founded Mode Adjust Group, a creative agency in Portland Oregon that has been telling the stories for fortune 500 companies like Nike, Gatorade, Verizon, Pepsi and others for more than 10 years. His diverse multi-disciplinary, creative background and passion for function-meets-form product storytelling propels him forward.

Bex is a singer, dancer, choreographer and multi platinum recording artist. From NBC's show "Fame" and MTV's hit show "Making the Band." A member of the Billboard chart topping group Danity Kane and Rolling Stone recognized indie duo. Her extensive knowledge of the music industry, marketing, branding and contracts have led to her role as Chief Marketing Officer at Vooks. A streaming platform for Children's storybooks she Co-Founded with Marshall Bex & Russell Hirtzel.

Russell Hirtzel is a Co-Founder & Chief Content Officer at Vooks and is based in Portland Oregon Area.

Joey Jenkins is a Chief Financial Officer at Vooks and Board Member/Co-Founder at Ncompass and is based in Portland Oregon Area. He has worked as Fitness Manager at 24 Hour Fitness; Assistant Program Director at Evanta, a Gartner Company; and Sports Club Graduate Assistant at Department of Recreational Sports. Joey studied at OREGON STATE UNIVERSITY between 2002 and 2007 and OREGON STATE UNIVERSITY between 2008 and 2010.

Seth Patterson is a Chief Marketing Officer at Vooks and is based in Portland Oregon Area. He has worked as Import Consultant / Sales Apprentice at Greenwood International, Inc.; Account Service Representative at waleed rana; and Email Campaign Specialist at Norm Thompson Outfitters. Seth works or has worked as Digital Marketing Manager at Pendleton Woolen Mills. He studied at Abilene Christian University between 2003 and 2007 and Sunset High School between 1999 and 2003.
