Robert Musslewhite serves as CEO of OptumInsight, Optum’s $10B business providing solutions and services to enhance decision-making and connect health care stakeholders by reducing fragmentation, aligning incentives, and improving value across the health care system. In this role, Robert oversees Optum’s world class data, advanced analytics, technology and workflow solutions, managed services and operations, advisory services, research and expertise, pulling them together into interoperable, industry-wide platforms focused on creating a more effective and efficient health care system with improved outcomes. Prior to this role, Robert was CEO of Optum360, focused on reducing administrative complexity and cost and creating a denial-free health care financial ecosystem; CEO of Optum Analytics, combining the best of both Optum’s and the Advisory Board’s analytics and providing solutions at the intersection of health care providers, payers, and life sciences organizations; and CEO of Advisory Board Research, delivering market-leading insight to C-suite executives across the industry. Robert joined Optum in November 2017, following its acquisition of The Advisory Board Company where Robert served as CEO since 2008 and Chairman since 2013. Under Robert’s leadership as Chairman and CEO, The Advisory Board Company more than quadrupled in size to serve nearly 300,000 leaders in over 5,500 hospitals, health systems, and universities worldwide. He guided the firm’s strategy, expanding beyond its research core into data and analytics, and services and expanding beyond its health care roots to build a large education business (EAB). In 2017, Robert led the successful sale of the company for $2.6 billion. The company’s mission, values, and unique culture were top priority for Robert. Andy Eckert is a proven leader across multiple sectors of healthcare, including Medical Devices, HCIT and Services. Most recently, Andy was the CEO of Acelity, a leading provider of innovative wound care solutions and products. Under Andy’s leadership, Acelity increased its investment in R&D and new product commercialization, resulting in an impressive acceleration of top-line growth and the sale to 3M in 2019 for $6.7B. Prior to Acelity, Andy served as CEO of TriZetto, the leading enterprise software solution for commercial payors, where he sharpened the company’s strategic focus and guided TriZetto to a successful sale to Cognizant in 2014 for $2.7B. In addition, Andy has recently served as CEO of Valence Health, an emerging leader in value-based healthcare, and Chairman and CEO of CRC Health Group, a leading behavioral health treatment provider now part of Acadia. Earlier in his career, Andy was CEO of Eclipsys Corporation and CEO of SumTotal. He began his career at ADAC Laboratories, including four years as Chairman and CEO until its sale to Philips Medical Systems in 2000. Andy has also served on a number of corporate boards and is currently the Chairman of Varian Medical Systems (NYSE: VAR and a Director at Becton, Dickinson and Company (NYSE: BDX). He has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business Administration, both from Stanford University.

Jim Litterer is a President & Chief Executive Officer at Vital Images Inc and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has worked as Support Operations Analyst at Stellent.
