Summary:

Essential Responsibilities:
Practice Responsible alcohol delivery service standards as set forth by state law, regarding ID verification as well as any specific Delivery System ID Technology required.
Thoroughly review orders before and after each delivery to ensure orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers in a safe, timely manner
Follow all transportation and parking laws
Ability to operate our Delivery System via office computer
Strong commitment to provide customers with an excellent experience
Provide excellent customer service, answer questions and handle complaints from customers.
Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
Prepare mileage & tip reports relating to deliveries.
