Performs a wide variety of skilled tasks involved in the maintenance and repair of facility heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment and systems. **Qualifications**
Education: High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D required. Accredited HVAC/R trade school is preferred.
Experience: 3 years work experience as an HVAC/R technician in a commercial environment or 5 years work experience maintaining and repairing building HVAC/R equipment and systems.
1. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. 2. Ability to be on the department on-call schedule.

Qualifications:

EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
Advanced knowledge of HVAC/R system components and controls
Skilled in brazing, soldering, pipefitting, and electrical troubleshooting
Proficient in using diagnostic tools, meters, and gauges
Familiarity with EMCS and programmable logic controllers
Strong understanding of safety protocols including lockout/tagout and PPE usage

* Registered with ARDMS-RDCS (AE) for Adults or with ARDMS-RDCS (PE) for Pediatrics - required
* BCLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross - required
* At least 3 years of Adult Echo experience - required for Senior Echo Tech
* Able to take call and report to duty within 60 minutes of request
* Knowledge and ability to apply knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
* Ability to apply theory to practice in the application of ultrasound technique to the clinical evaluation of the target anatomy
* Ability to push the 500+ lb. echo machine for distances up to 100 feet within the office
