JOB PURPOSE Responsible for assisting customers in completing In Store Pick Up (ISPU) transactions, Class III transactions & actively maintain inventory control at the retail level. Provide the highest level of customer service to maintain a positive buying experience. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist customers with their transactions as the primary point of contact for ISPU 4473 transfers. Accurately complete Class III paperwork in accordance with ATF standards. If time allows, Assist Firearms Manager and/or Receiving Specialist as you are able. Provide outstanding customer service.
