Leads and Managers will provide regular coaching and training and will qualify engineers for field operations. The majority of our calls consist of taking donations for PBS and NPR stations; however, we also have additional project types as well. Donation calls are similar to taking orders over the phone with the exception of the terminology involved. If you have experience taking orders, reading and following scripts and independently preparing for the calls you take, these types of calls should be easy for you! Job Description ACD Direct is currently seeking experienced customer service professionals for our 2015 Winter Campaign Project. This project is projected to begin the last week of November and continue strong through late December. Historically, this project has proven to be one of our busiest campaigns which in turn can produce a larger earning potential. While this project will end on December 31st, we are always looking to pair future projects with those agents that are most competitive and active during previous projects. As an Independent Contractor with ACD Direct, you will be providing your skills, expertise and services to the clients we represent. We are looking for those who consider themselves among the best of the best in the customer service industry to help answer inbound calls from our client's enthusiastic callers. Those selected to certify will be notified via email and onboarding can take as little as 48 hours after being invited to a project. Certification for the Winter Project is set to begin October 15th, 2015. Key candidates will be those who are motivated to become certification ready, no later than November 15th, 2015.
