**Job Description**
The Field Service Specialist III is a senior technical expert and field leader responsible for advanced commissioning, integration, and mentoring within Copeland Professional Field Services. This individual functions as a subject matter expert on refrigeration, CO2 systems, HVAC controls, and complex system architectures. They lead on-site efforts, coach other specialists, and represent Copeland with high-profile customers and large-scale rollouts. Field work will be required with extensive overnight travel. **AS A FIELD SERVICE SPECIALIST III, YOU WILL: **
+ Perform expert-level commissioning and optimization of complex refrigeration and building automation systems.
+ Create control programs and logic sequences from detailed specifications or Sequences of Operations.
+ Provide advanced troubleshooting of control systems, refrigeration racks, HVAC, and BMS integrations.

Perform designs of piping and equipment selection for plumbing and fire protection systems for building design; independently for smaller/less technical projects; requiring supervision of senior engineer for complex projects.
Prepare calculations using correct parameters with supervisory review
Prepare production drawings of plumbing and fire protection systems from schematic to construction design phases.
Edit specifications relating to existing or new projects.
Specify plumbing and fire protection equipment such as sprinkler, sewerage and medical gas systems.
Review shop drawings for compliance of specifications and contract documents.
Interface effectively with clients and members of the project team by attending Owner, Architect, Construction Administration (OAC) meetings in conjunction with project budget.
May independently research as need arises and respond to emergent issues.
Participate or lead value engineering sessions with Architectural/Engineering team.
Conduct staff development activities, including mentoring /training presentations.
May direct activities of staff with less experience.
Conduct field site visits during construction phase. Site visits frequently require a physical walk through of site and may be done independently.
Must be willing to perform overtime work and travel.
May perform other duties as required.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering required. Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited program preferred.
Minimum of 4+ years of related experience required.
Current CPD, PE in Mechanical or FPE in the United States preferred.
LEED accreditation preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to effectively handle multiple projects.
Experience in computer applications for engineering design programs (i.e. Revit) required.
The salary range for this position to be filled in the Chicago, IL office is $67,346 to $79,230 annually. This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. The Role
The Director of Extended Stay is responsible for leading and executing the global sales strategy for the extended stay segment across all markets. Responsibilities
Sales:
Account Owner for Empore sales activities through channels in US, Canada and Mexico-Fisher, VWR, MilliporeSigma, Phenomenex, and Antylia. Complete the monthly revenue quotation for the assigned accounts.
Actively monitor channel customers on daily operation and assist them to complete regular marketing campaigns (Fisher, VWR, and MilliporeSigma) to better promote Empore products.
Develop new strategic channels in NA.
Technical Marketing:
Attend conferences and symposiums to actively promote Empore products to the market, and make contacts with key accounts customers, scientists, decision makers, etc.
Prepare marketing materials including catalogs, brochures, and applications, etc., and set up yearly marketing budgets
Perform competition analytics to find suitable marketing strategies to ensure revenue growth targets
