Mr. Regazzi has been Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company since April 2006. Since joining Giga-tronics in 2001 he has held the position of President and General Manager, Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Engineering. Previous experience includes 22 years at Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies in various design and management positions associated with their microwave sweeper and synthesizer product lines. His final position at Agilent Technologies was as a senior engineering manager. Mr. Regazzi is known across the industry for his RF and Microwave expertise in military and aerospace applications. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Before joining Skyworks, he was the vice president of worldwide sales at Vectron International, a division of Dover Corporation, and held product management and process engineering positions at AT&T's Microelectronics and Network Systems' businesses. Mr. Griffin received a bachelor's of science in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a master's of business administration from Boston University. In addition, Mr. Griffin previously served on the board of Vicor Corp. and currently serves on the board of National Instruments (Nasdaq: NATI), a provider of software-defined platforms for automated test and measurement systems.
