About the Role
We are looking for an experienced warehouse supervisor to manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. The warehouse supervisor's responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation.
To be successful as a warehouse supervisor you should be experienced in optimizing warehousing processes and be an effective team leader. An outstanding warehouse supervisor should be dependable and have excellent organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
Maintain the distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
Read and understand operational reports to constantly improve and deliver results
Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes
Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by understanding and studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
Safeguard warehouseoperations and contents by establishing and monitoring safety procedures and protocols
Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
Complete warehouseoperational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Efficiency plan and coordination of administrative activities to ensure accurate results in all aspects of the operation.
Make sure that SOPs are followed and utilizing appropriate methods at all times
Qualifications
At least 5 years of warehouse experience
At least 3 years of leadership and supervisory experience
5 days onsite
Must be able to work weekends
Able to make decisions and hold people accountable
Excellent communication skills
Experience in operating Power industrial Equipment (Forklift, Order picker, Electric Jack, Reach-truck)
Able to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills are a must
Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

About the role
The WarehouseOperationsManager will ensure the Belleville facility operates safely, efficiently, and accurately. This role will prioritize workplace safety, oversee inventory control, and manage on-time order fulfillment to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction. By streamlining processes, reducing operational waste, and enforcing compliance, the position will help control costs while building the capacity to support future growth
Responsibilities:
Safety, inventory accuracy, Labor efficiency, and people management
Lead the Belleville Fulfillment Operations - Serve as the senior leader for the site, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations with strong service levels.
People Leadership & Development - Mentor and coach team leaders and supervisors; set clear expectations, build structured development and succession plans, and drive a high-performance culture through feedback and accountability.
Labor Planning & Productivity - Optimize staffing and schedules using forecasts and internal tools; deploy labor to demand, meet productivity KPIs, boost engagement, and address performance gaps quickly.
Operational Excellence & Inventory Accuracy - Eliminate bottlenecks by enforcing SOPs and standard work; improve receiving/picking/put away quality, conduct root-cause analysis on discrepancies, and maintain flow to reduce delays and errors.
Safety & Compliance - Prioritize a safe work environment with proactive monitoring, training, audits, and adherence to all compliance requirements to minimize incidents and liability.
Cross-Functional Alignment, Change & Cost Control - Coordinate with logistics and other fulfillment centers to prevent bottlenecks, stockouts, and shipment delays; lead equipment/technology/procedure changes that improve efficiency; identify and remove waste in labor, space, and materials to impact the bottom line.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
10+ years in warehouse or manufacturing operations

The Director of Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operational performance, consistency, and financial execution of Umami Riot's restaurant portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this role ensures company standards, systems, and expectations are consistently executed at the restaurant level while developing high-performing management teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This is a hands-on, field-driven leadership role that translates strategy into disciplined execution. The Director of Operations directly oversees General Managers and partners closely with cross-functional leaders to drive results across multiple concepts and locations. This position is a critical leadership role within the organization, accountable for achieving both financial and qualitative performance targets through ongoing coaching, development, and training of store-level leadership teams.

We are looking for a highly analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented team player to join our Operations team as our Transportation Manager, reporting to our Senior Manager, Transportation Operations. The ideal candidate has 2-4+ years of experience with eCommerce outbound shipping, and familiarity with parcel carriers and services that are available to contract. As a Logistics Manager Last Mile, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient, safe and effective operations of a delivery site . You will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and optimizing the processes related to routing, loading, and dispatching drivers to ensure timely and accurate on time delivery to our customers.
