As COO, Kenneth Knoll oversees the daily operations of Oklahoma City-based WeGoLook, a provider of on-demand field inspection and verification services. He is responsible for a range of activities from product development and corporate strategy to customer account development and fulfillment. He provides substantial organizational direction among the 100+ full-time employees and 30,000+ Lookers (independent contractors). As Director of Advisory Services for i2E, Kenneth oversaw Venture Advisor activities among companies seeking funding from i2E or private investment. Primary responsibilities included deal flow generation, client engagement screening, deal structuring and investment pipeline management. As a Venture Advisor, Kenneth assisted client companies with business opportunity planning and analysis throughout the multi-stage commercialization process. Specific services included business strategy review, commercial feasibility evaluation, business plan review, financial analysis, company valuation assistance, investor presentation guidance, and company diligence preparation for detailed i2E or external co-investor review. Additionally, Kenneth worked to structure, analyze and evaluate early stage investment opportunities to identify and guide clients to appropriate funding sources. Post-investment activities included ongoing client consultation and portfolio company oversight. With corporate and early venture experience, Kenneth combines start-up perspectives with a systematic development approach inherent to larger corporations. Prior to i2E, Kenneth served as an internal process and controls auditor with ConocoPhillips, one of the world’s largest oil and gas companies, and worked at the North American headquarters for Hilti, Inc., a major industrial tools and consumables manufacturer, performing product assessments and market analysis. As an entrepreneur he founded a Tulsa-based service company and operated it for more than a decade before selling it, cofounded a technology startup and is a managing partner in a Tulsa property management company. A graduate of the University of Tulsa with degrees in Finance, International Business and Spanish, Kenneth brings business perspective gained from enterprises both large and small. Kenneth is certified in Product Innovation and Development and has completed early venture training as a US delegate to an international venture management program. He has been a featured speaker for U.S. Treasury and International Economic Development Council conference for best practices on impact investment tracking and startup portfolio management. Kenneth also serves as a guest lecturer for university entrepreneurship and venture courses.

Tim Wall is a Chief Marketing Officer at WeGoLook and is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He has worked as Adjunct Professor of Jazz Studies at Southern Nazarene University, Director of New Worship at Council Road Baptist Church, and Director of Marketing at LightCMS. Tim works or has worked as Director, Customer Marketing and Video at NETSUITE INC. He attended Baylor University between 1993 and 1996.
