The Clinical Pharmacy Manager - Ambulatory Oncology provides leadership and strategic oversight of oncology pharmacy services across ambulatory settings at Montefiore Medical Center. This role advances Collaborative Drug Therapy Management (CDTM) programs, specialized clinics, telehealth services, and evidence-based medication management to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Reporting to the Director of Clinical and Educational Pharmacy Services and supervising two clinical pharmacists, the Clinical Pharmacy Manager is responsible for optimizing pharmacotherapy outcomes through direct patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and provider education. Additional responsibilities include evaluating cancer-related medications such as antineoplastic and supportive therapies, contributing to research and quality initiatives, and partnering with revenue cycle teams to expand billable services and strengthen compliance and reimbursement. Education & Licensure Requirements: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required Active license to practice pharmacy in the State of New York Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy or equivalent certification preferred Eligible for credentialing as an Allied Health Professional Experience: Completion of a PGY2 Residency in Oncology is strongly preferred.
