You need a minimum GPA of 2.5 or a "Pass" in a Pass/Fail system. You must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign national who has lived in the U.S. for at least 3 years. You also need authorization to work in the U.S. You should be quick to learn and adapt. Proficiency in spreadsheets is important. You need to be a team player with strong attention to detail and good communication skills. The internship starts on May 18, 2026. You will complete a 3-week intensive training program. The internship runs through early August 2026. You need to be able to work in our Plano, TX office or remotely if you are not local. Due to the intensive nature of the training program, any late starts will not be accepted. Due to the nature of the program, extended vacations or breaks are not permitted. PAY BENEFITS & PERKS The hourly rate is $20-$25 per hour. You will receive 3 weeks of paid training at the beginning of the internship. This is a remote position. You have the option to work from our Plano, TX office if you prefer, but this is not required nor supported with transportation or housing. There may be opportunities for employment at the end of the internship. If the summer project is finished early, there may be opportunities to work on other projects.
