Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you. You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day. You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial) You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Arrange for or provide transportation to people receiving services as required. • Assist people receiving services with knowledge of emergency procedures and personal safety. • Utilize effective judgment when dealing with safety issues, including but not limited to fire safety by conducting drills, inspecting equipment, and practicing safety procedures in the community. • Facilitate access to community resources, including locating recreational activities, housing, food, clothing, school programs, vocational opportunities or services providers to teach life skills, and relevant mental health, developmental disabilities and substance abuse services. • Assist person supported to develop natural resources and make contact with social support networks. • Assist new staff and/or current staff with orientation, mentoring, and training. • Sleepover at a residential setting may be required. • Attend and actively participate in meetings and training as required.
