This is a
Computer Field Technician Position
doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. To be successful in this position,
you must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware.
Job Details:
This is a 1099/per call position
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-4 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.
Qualifications
Must have prior hands on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be comfortable with daily local travel

Who We Seek!
The Young Adult Supported Living Program (YASL) seeks a Case Manager (CM) that wants to make a difference in young people's lives as they transition to adulthood. The case manager reports to the Program Director and assists in implementing the RFK- YASL Program. Case managers can work with LGBTQ, Bi-cultural, and bilingual youths with respect. The case manager will ensure that all young adults receive safe, stable housing, staff support, supervision, connections to needed services, and life skills training. Case managers will carry a caseload, from Intake and assessments to discharge. The case manager will provide support to residents in establishing and maintaining housing, program activities, procedures and policy, and any other community providers. Key Areas of Responsibility
To work as a cooperative team member and be a positive role model for clients.
Manage a caseload of 6 young adults.
Provide effective case management and advocacy.
Ensure that youth adults are in compliance with lease requirements, and all health and safety standards.
Build positive and respectable relationships with landlords to ensure apartments are well kept.
Meet with young adults 2-3 times weekly and monitor progress in accordance with program/agency policies.
Conduct housing inspections to ensure units meet health and safety standards.
Refer clients to appropriate services in the community as necessary.
Ensure program participants have identified medical providers as well as access to community services.
Advocate on youth adults' behalf, as well as act as liaison with community service providers, landlords, etc.
Assist youth adults in identifying and assessing immediate and long-term needs, including safety, well-being, and self-sufficiency.
Develop and facilitate treatment plans and diverse psycho-educational groups.
Participate in RFK meetings, training, and webinars, as well as RFK-YASL meetings and training as scheduled.

If the psychologist wanted to see younger patients that is fine however, we would most likely not be able to offer them medication management services within our office.
We are open to someone that has experience as well as someone that is just starting out. Our main goal is to find someone that is looking for a long term career with us. When a provider leaves, especially someone providing therapy, it is very difficult for the patients to adjust.

Job Description
The role of the PC is to assist clients in strengthening and establishing lifelong connections that will facilitate success throughout their lives. Working as part of a team that is led by the Permanency Specialists (PS), the PC meets with clients to provide support and counseling to them, their parents and family members. PCs are expected to work independently and be guided by the treatment plan. PC's typically provide some or all of the following services: strength-based counseling and support that includes working with the school or employer (if applicable), to monitor functioning and activities and provide coaching based on interests and or needs. This could include job searching, monitoring school attendance, finding pro-social community-based activities and encouraging the youth to engage in the activities that may assist in building their self-esteem and the positive connections that they have.
Representative Duties
· Meet individually with clients, or with family if identified by PS directives, and meet hours required by contract with DCF or DMH
· Provide mentoring and identify client and family strengths
· Communicate with local schools and/or job sites if appropriate
· Support clients in completing community service if appropriate
· Support clients and their families at night & on weekends as needed or when on call
· Set up pro-social activities for clients in their home community
· Attend court as requested by the PS.
· Provide transportation when necessary and appropriate as determined by treatment team goals
· Support adult living skills development
· Complete appropriate sections of weekly and progress reports, in accordance with Becket policies and regulatory requirements
· Complete and file documentation in accordance with Becket timelines, including SOAP notes and Gateway Delivery
· Attend supervision as requested by supervisor, at a minimum of weekly
· Attend office and Treatment Team meetings
· Inform the creation of treatment plans and be guided by the treatment goals
· Provide case management assistance including: community resource referrals and outreach, school outreach/collaboration, employment outreach.
· Establish and facilitate support group activities in the community that foster growth including Adult Living, Job Search, Networking, Physical Health, Social Skills and individual client passions.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Mental Health Counseling, or related field, with an emphasis in Human Services and Family Systems
- Candidates with additional Therapy, Psychology, Counselor, and/or Mental Health licensures, certifications, and/or trainings are encouraged to apply (i.e. Behavior Analyst - BCBA).
