As a Wireless Choice Sales Representative, you are a Wireless Expert providing an exceptional customer experience within your retail location, every time. You will guide the customer through the sales process by educating and advising the customer on current products and services based on their wireless needs and build customer loyalty through outstanding customer service. Must have a passion for sales, enjoy working with people, and possess an excitement to learn. As a part time employee you will earn an hourly wage plus commission. We offer a competitive commission structure. There is always an opportunity to earn additional incentives for selling. A Wireless Expert: Must be knowledgeable in all products and services we offer to assist our customer in finding the best solution for their wireless and mobility needs Focuses on providing exceptional customer service Meets or exceeds our performance goals (includes sales goals, customer satisfaction goals, accessory goals, and service goals) May be required to assist in outside sales and calling sales leads Assists in maintaining store appearance and compliance with planogram Receives training to improve their current skillsets and potentially qualify for future career opportunities Complies with all policies and procedures Meets deadlines Assists in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management Basic Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Previous Retail Sales Experience, Wireless experience a plus Outstanding Customer Service Skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays Basic computer skills Bilingual a plus All candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. Qualified candidates are subject to criminal background check Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the sales floor Must be able to move or lift 25 pounds
