Join Our Alexandria, VA Team as a Sales Support Representative! Wireless Masters is looking for a Sales Support Representative to join our team! In this role, you will interact with customers daily over the phone, providing top-tier customer service-a priority at Wireless Masters. About the Role As a Sales Support Representative, you will: Conduct outbound calls to educate current customers about promotions and services. Handle inbound calls, assisting with troubleshooting and order placements. Recommend additional products and services through upselling and cross-selling. Accurately document all interactions in our CRM system. Generate sales leads and contribute to special projects as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications Ideal candidates should have: A high school diploma or equivalent experience. Strong phone and verbal communication skills. Basic computer proficiency (familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, or similar tools is helpful). Previous customer service or sales experience (preferred but not required). Knowledge of the wireless industry (a plus, but not mandatory). The ability to work on-site at our Alexandria, VA location from 9 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday.
