* Performance - Meet productivity standards while tracking key performance indicators (KPI's).

Qualifications
* Possess the stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift.
* Capable of lifting and moving parts of up to 50 pounds and pushing and pulling 300 pounds with use of mechanical aids.
* Able to repeatedly bend, twist, squat, climb, and reach with the use of ladder when necessary.
* Basic math skills to identify product quantity.
* Able to read and recognize alphanumeric sequences.
* Basic understanding of and ability to operate a computer and RF scanning equipment.
* Prior work experience and the use of RF scanning equipment is a plus.
* Have the availability to work M-F with occasional weekend work as needed.

* Operating Equipment: Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers. Depending on the job role, employees must pass certification or training programs to operate certain equipment safely.
* Manual Dexterity: Ability to use hands and fingers to handle small objects, operate machinery controls, and perform tasks requiring precision and accuracy. This may include picking and packing items, labeling products, or assembling shipments.
* Repetitive Motion: Ability to perform repetitive tasks, such as scanning barcodes, sorting items, or packaging products, throughout the shift. Employees should be able to maintain productivity while performing repetitive motions safely.
* Physical Endurance: Stamina and endurance to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets. Warehouse employees need to have the capacity to work long hours, weekends, or overtime during peak periods.

This position offers an hourly rate of $19.25. Many of our hourly positions have pay progression with set starting rates and you reach the top end of this range within 12 months of hire. Responsibilities can include duties aligned with shipping and/or receiving, processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. May also be responsible for operating manual/powered equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.
Essential Job Duties
Receive and put away inbound product to designated location.
Pick/pull correct product from the appropriate locations and delivering to staging area/delivery truck.
Operate a manual/powered equipment to transport product in and about warehouse.
Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence.
Maintain orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas.
Comply with established company policies and procedures.
Assumes other duties as assigned.

Not responsible for supervising employees.
Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Up to 1 year of work related experience.
Preferred Requirements
High School Diploma/GED.
Warehouse, or similar, work environment, prior PIT (forklift, order picker, etc) experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Basic computer skills.
Basic messages communicated orally. May write brief messages and keep simple records.
Problems encountered are simple, repetitive, and generally solved by clear directions and procedures.
Follows standard procedures with no decision making involved.
Uses guidance/guidelines provide by supervisor/manager.
Assignments/priorities provided by supervisor/manager.
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit for extended periods of time.
The employee may be exposed to hazardous situations, conditions, and equipment. Must be able to work in cramped spaces or underneath vehicles that may require getting into awkward positions. May regularly wear personal protective equipment (PPE). May be exposed to extreme temperatures and high noise levels.
