Operate or develop proficiency in facility equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) for material handling tasks. Typical Assignments: Develop layouts and budgets for office, lab, or factory projects. Supervise and coordinate contractors during construction activities. Oversee completion of punch list items and ensure final occupancy readiness. Coordinate moves and project closeout activities. Source materials and products for facility projects. Address safety, environmental, and ergonomic concerns. Manage equipment removal, modification, and installation. Conduct contractor safety orientations. Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor. Basic Requirements Vocational Training and 5+ years' experience required; or GED with 7+ years in related field. (but does not require a university degree). Level IV; Vocational Training and 8+ years' experience required; or GED with 10+ years in related field. (but does not require a university degree).
