Conduct trauma informed, survivor-centered, goal-oriented counseling advocacy with clients on a regular basis. Provide crisis intervention to walk-in clients as needed. Co-facilitate group sessions on various relevant topics. Provide referrals for needed services to appropriate agencies and providers. Update and maintain accurate client charts. Provide updates to the Counseling Advocacy Manager. Additional responsibility as a Medical Advocate. Other duties as assigned. This is a full-time, onsite position (35-hour workweek) based in New Bedford, MA, serving both the New Bedford District Court and the New Bedford Probate and Family Court.
