They did really not like to USE EDUCATION. They liked their Reverse/Opposite. It was really not (means NOT!) necessary to use it for Lynn out of the whole Company. Lynn LOVES Her Structure.
Ability to go for more College shortly after I was hired there. They worked well with the schedule of the classes. Lynn was actually very good at managing her time and likes to be organized.
They probably knew there was NO such thing as NON Compete. They were Business Partners and Woodward acquired a lot of advantages from Lynn being involved with the Chamber of Commerce. Need to use EDUCATION!
It would be good to allow Lynn to be more included in some things. They would input new procedures and would not even tell her about them.

It was very low when she was actually at the Business. They did really now know how to pay very well. It got better as the time went on. However, it should have been a lot higher from the start of it. It usually doesn't take that long to get to a Higher Level of Pay. Need to use EDUCATION!
It was not exactly BAD. They had some couples that worked there that were married to each other. It was fairly diverse as to Race and other types of demographics. They started doing more of it as Lynn had her KIDS.
The point to acknowledge the fact that Lynn was not exactly BAD at knowing what to do in the Work Environment. They needed to allow her to voice her opinion on the matter as to how they treated her when she worked there.
