Cons of working at Woolf Farming Co of California

While working as a Farm Worker at Ben Lomond Farm and Knill Farm, I gained valuable experience in performing any duties associated with the role. Besides planting and harvesting crops, pruning the vinegar, and removing dead weeds, I also participated in the completion of various other tasks, such as the development of weekly schedules and management and coordination of 10 other farm workers to ensure that all policies and procedures were always fully followed. Throughout the years, I have demonstrated multiple times that I excel at functioning well independently or in team environments and that I am able to effectively lead a group of individuals. Moreover, these experiences have provided me with a great opportunity to collaborate with people from all over the world.
