Operating forklifts safely and efficiently: Transport materials and products across production, shipping, and warehouse areas to maintain workflow.
Utilizing onboard computer systems to follow job instruction and log daily activities
Loading and unloading materials: Handle incoming and outgoing shipments from trucks, trailers, and containers with precision.
Maintaining equipment and workspace: Conduct routine forklift inspections and keep work areas organized and safe.
In addition, you will also be expected to assist with general labor tasks as needed and collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and productivity.What We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have the following:Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience operating a forklift or Hilo 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods Must be able to use onboard computer systems and communicate fluently in English (reading, writing, speaking) Skills:
Attention to detail: Ensures materials are handled accurately and safely to maintain product quality and prevent damage.
Operations Efficiency: Performing duties in an organized and timely manner to maintain workflow
Teamwork and communication: Works effectively with other departments to support smooth warehouse operations.
Adaptability: Performs well in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
Previous quality control experience
Basic math skills for accurate counting and inventory handling
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn with technology

Maintain accurate part counts and documentation for inventory and production reporting.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and in compliance with safety and 5S standards.
Communicate with paint line operators, supervisors, and team members to maintain flow and identify issues.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
1+ year experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
Basic understanding of paint line or powder coating operations is a plus.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
