What You Will Do:
* Manage projects for multiple types of right of way projects with an emphasis on 345kV or greater transmission lines
* Business development with existing and potentially new clients
* Services provided on our right-of-way projects would include:
* Project management
* Working directly with clients and design teams
* Coordination for title research, survey, legal and appraisal consultants
* Managing and working with agents on administrative issues and negotiation services
What You Will Bring:
* A minimum of 8 years of experience in right-of-way project management, with a focus on 345kV plus transmission line projects
* Knowledge, experience and contacts in right of way work related to high voltage transmission lines
* IRWA Member
* IRWA SR/WA designation
* Skill in conflict resolution includes the ability to address differences of opinions or facts and use the most appropriate method to reach an effective solution
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicate and document effectively, handle large volumes of work
* Extensive experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles in project execution
* High level of adaptability and resilience in fast-paced and evolving work environments
* Commitment to fostering positive relationships with stakeholders and contributing to long-term organizational success
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
* Knowledge of acquisition and relocation procedures under the Uniform Relocation Act
* Experience with GIS, Microsoft Office Products and various databases
* Ability to travel 10%
