The Role: The RMA( Return Merchandise Authorization) Receiving Operator is a key contributor to the RMA Department, responsible for accurately and efficiently processing returned materials. This role manages incoming shipments, verifies return documentation, and ensures timely disposition of materials. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication with customers and internal teams. Core Responsibilities: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Receive incoming shipments, verify contents for completeness and accuracy, and deliver to appropriate personnel or location. Enter shipment information and resolve discrepancies in customer secure management system. Prepare outbound packages, including large freight shipments (stretch-wrapping and banding pallets) and ensure all required paperwork and documentation are completed. Safely lift and move heavy boxes (up to 50 pounds) and operate a pallet jack. Utilize FedEx Shipping interfaces (experience is a plus). Communicate issues effectively in both oral and written terms with customers and co-workers. Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including removing empty pallets, organizing the workstation at the end of the day and responding to emails. Use general Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.) for daily tasks. Adhere to best practices regarding industrial hygiene and workplace safety. Perform basic mathematical calculations as required. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in shipping and receiving, production, or similar role Strong computer skills with particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel or similar software. Additional education in Supply Chain, or related fields is a plus. Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic. Extremely dependable and productivity minded; able to work with minimal supervision. Able to comprehend and follow printed and computer-screen instructions.
