I have worked at YgEia3 for over eight years and have enjoyed it.

Experience has been good except for the last few months when employees were not paid for a few months and only given 40% of payroll because of an issue with the buyout of our company and Credit Suisse's collapse. New employees have not been paid at all, but finally, employees have been getting paid in full, and the company even added a nice bonus for us all. This has been a tough time, but it's good to see it is coming to an end!

I love the holiday season off

The CEO is new, and she has done a decent job to this point, but I felt we could have had more information and communication from her during this challenging period.

Our company culture is good, but as I said above, our new CEO can be a little more engaged with junior staff than our previous CEO.

We are paid fairly, but like I said in the previous update, we were only paid 40% of the salary for a few months, and new employees were paid 0, but employees are now getting paid in full, and getting a bonus, because of the issue caused by the collapse of Credit Suisse during our buyout, and the old equity group exploiting this loophole.

We are a very diverse company, and always have been.

I have enjoyed my time at Ygeia3, and have enjoyed good pay, and promotions.

The last 3 months have been a big challenge for YgEia3, but we have finally gotten the issues resolved, and back to full pay, and we even got our back pay.

Our culture is tremendous, and it always has been.

I want more leads provided for the Business Development teams.

I like the quality commission structure and the renewal commission structure. It ensures that Business Development staff are getting paid and involved long past the initial contract signing and build long relationships with clients, not just a one-off.

It's been good up until last few month.

Last few months we were not paid, because of some issue with a buyout transaction, but a grear deal of employees were paid today, and rest by Tues and all back pay.

My only criticism is that we need some more inside sales help, and Senior leadership is addressing it.

The people, for the most part, are great.

I work as a lab technician, and advancement is slow.

I would say having all federal holidays off is a nice perk to give us a bit more time off.
