Ray Carey is currently a Venture Partner at Azure Capital Partners and the CEO of Azure portfolio company, Neonova Network Systems, acquired by NRTC in July 2013. Ray has been investing as a partner at Azure since 2001 with the leading companies providing technology and solutions to the broadband market. He was actively involved in Azure’s investments in Broadlight, Calix (NYSE: CALX), Cyan (NYSE: CYNI), Vapps (acquired by Citrix Systems), and World Wide Packets (acquired by Ciena). He led Azure’s investments in and was a member of the Board of Directors of both NeoNova and SlideRocket. Prior to Azure, Ray worked at Credit Suisse First Boston & Robertson Stephens where he focused on public and private financings and mergers and acquisitions for communications related technology companies. He provided strategic advice to many companies including ADC Telecommunications, Cerent (acquired by Cisco), Cyras Systems (acquired by Ciena), Efficient Networks (acquired by Siemens), Juniper Networks, Next Level Communications, Siara Systems (acquired by Redback Networks), Zhone Technologies and many others. Ray represented the United States, swimming in the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia and received his A.B. and M.A. degrees from Stanford University.

Dwayne is a dynamic leader with substantial experience in technology-driven and high growth organizations. As the former CEO of the Health Data Consortium, a nonprofit in Washington DC, the former CEO of InnoCentive Inc. and President of Hoovers (a Dun & Bradstreet Company), Dwayne has a strong history of driving innovation, growth and revenue for technology companies. His analytic insights have helped organizations use incentives to drive behavior, and as Buzz Points’ CEO, Dwayne leverages that expertise to support community financial institutions in building stronger relationships with their local businesses and customers.He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago as well as a BA in Applied Mathematics.
