Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our electronics manufacturing production team. Ability to coordinate, communicate and drive team members across multiple departments to hit goals and customer deadlines. Supervisor will be working directly with production, management and engineering to ensure success on production floor.
Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership:
• Lead and supervise a team of production members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
• Motivate and mentor team members to achieve production goals and maintain high morale.
Quality and Efficiency:
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and efficiency targets.
• Implement and enforce best practices in manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Identify and resolve issues that may impact production schedules or product quality.
Training and Development:
• Provide training to new and existing production staff on processes, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and skill development among team members.
Communication and Coordination:
• Collaborate with other departments such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Logistics to ensure smooth production flow.
• Communicate production status, issues, and priorities effectively to management and relevant stakeholders.
Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and promoting safe practices.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• Experience in electronics manufacturing including smt, mechanical assembly, soldering, conformal coating and quality control.
• Working experience with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Author, revise, and follow GMP-compliant SOPs to support safe and efficient operations
Support investigations, deviations, change controls, and CAPA activities
Maintain aseptic technique, full gowning/PPE compliance, and contamination-control readiness.
Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, safety, and compliance.
Wear a respirator when required during cleaning procedures involving select chemicals.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Key skills; Cell Therapy, Cell Manufacturing, cGMP, Quality Validation Experience.
cGMP manufacturing experience in biologics, cell therapy, or pharmaceutical operations
Aseptic technique & ability to perform sterile gowning for Grade B/C cleanrooms
Experience operating or supporting automated cell processing, cell expansion, or filling equipment
Strong GMP documentation discipline (batch records, SOPs, deviations, change controls)
Ability to troubleshoot process and equipment issues and escalate appropriately
Ability to stand for extended periods and wear full PPE/respirator when required
Strong adherence to compliance, safety, and contamination-control standards

We are hiring a ManufacturingTechnician to join our team in Boise, ID. This is an entry-level role responsible for assisting in daily operations by following established procedures to set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment. This role develops foundational skills in equipment operation, process monitoring, and documentation while learning to adhere to Photronics' safety and quality standards. Photronics will provide on the job training to help you be successful.
Location: Allen, Texas- This is an on-site position, and we are not open to remote candidates at this time.
Shift Openings: We currently have multiple openings with a variety of shifts including Friday - Sunday, 5:45pm - 6:15am.
Responsibilities
Support engineering activities, through a variety of mechanical, electrical, and chemical processes.
Operate several pieces of equipment at the same time, monitor tool performance and evaluate statistical data for process conformance.
Will use sophisticated programs to track and control photomasks through the production process.
Maintain accurate documentation in a centralized repository.
Operate basic manufacturing equipment under supervision and according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform equipment and process checks, escalating issues to senior technicians or supervisors.
Record accurate production data and maintain logs in a central repository.
Follow cleanroom protocols, PPE, and safety standards consistently.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and observations.
Collaborate with Engineering, trainers, and senior technicians.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Attributes)

Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our electronics manufacturing production team. Ability to coordinate, communicate and drive team members across multiple departments to hit goals and customer deadlines. Supervisor will be working directly with production, management and engineering to ensure success on production floor.
Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership:
• Lead and supervise a team of production members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
• Motivate and mentor team members to achieve production goals and maintain high morale.
Quality and Efficiency:
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and efficiency targets.
• Implement and enforce best practices in manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Identify and resolve issues that may impact production schedules or product quality.
Training and Development:
• Provide training to new and existing production staff on processes, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and skill development among team members.
Communication and Coordination:
• Collaborate with other departments such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Logistics to ensure smooth production flow.
• Communicate production status, issues, and priorities effectively to management and relevant stakeholders.
Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and promoting safe practices.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• Experience in electronics manufacturing including smt, mechanical assembly, soldering, conformal coating and quality control.
• Working experience with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
