Prior to co-founding Zinnov and TalentNeuron, Vijay held senior positions at Hewitt Associates and KPMG Consulting. He is passionate about translating business ideas into tangible Intellectual Property.

Sandeep serves as the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for accelerating growth of the firm by building best-in-class financial systems and processes that drive operational excellence, profitability and business efficiency. Sandeep is an industry veteran with over 13 years of experience working for large organizations including Wipro and TCS.

Shweta Rani is a Chief People Officer at Zinnov and is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. She has worked as Lead HR at Space Matrix, HR Manager at Space Matrix, and HR Executive at Cisco Systems Inc.. Shweta attended IBS Hyderabad between 2002 and 2004, Mount Carmel College Bangalore between 1982 and 1995, and IBS Software. between 2002 and 2004.
