Go Taxi Truck, co-founder - Established in 2012, with offices in New York, Go Taxi Truck is a state-of-the-art moving company specializing in last minute, same day moves.

Edge Logistics, co-founder - Established in 2014, with offices in New York and Austin Texas, is a third party logistics and freight forwarder company.

Zootly, co-founder, CEO/President - Established in 2014, with offices in New York and Toronto, Zootly is a software development company specializing in the transportation, logistics and moving industry.

Jonathan Held is a Board Member at Signature Resources Ltd., CFO at Zootly, and Partner at ALOE Finance Inc. and is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He has worked as Chief Financial Officer at Aloe Financial Inc, Board Member at Goldstream Minerals Inc, and Chief Financial Officer at SOL GLOBAL INVESTMENTS CORP. Jonathan attended University of Waterloo.

I’m a serial technology entrepreneur that comes to it as a science graduate with an MBA. I founded my first start-up, PixStream, a number of years ago with a couple of friends. PixStream developed a video networking platform for Telco/Cable companies. It was acquired by Cisco. PixStream became the seed for many other ventures in Waterloo. In the last 10 years I have focused on start-ups that take Big Data and extract knowledge in order to automate decision making. In that time I have founded start-ups focused on healthcare analytics and computer aided patient diagnostics, financial asset trading, and document analytics. Prior to founding PixStream I worked on controls and display suite applications (graphics/video) for the USAF Advanced Tactical Fighter and US ARMY Apache and LHX helicopters with Litton Systems, McDonnell Douglas and Bell Labs.
