Dr. Nijhawan is a board certified Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist. Prior to founding Edesa, Dr. Nijhawan was the CEO of Medical Futures Inc. which he sold to Tribute Pharmaceuticals in 2015. Dr Nijhawan completed his medical school training at the University of Ottawa and did his residency in Internal Medicine Internship at Yale-Norwalk, CT; and Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology and Hepatology fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.

David Bradley serves as President and CEO of Nexeo Solutions. Mr. Bradley oversees the strategic direction of Nexeo’s operations across the globe. His 20 years of industry experience includes multiple executive roles involving Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, business transformation, business process development, and operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville.

Matt Ronet was appointed to Lumileds CEO October 20202. Roney most recently served as President of Lumileds’ Automotive Business Unit. After more than 20 years in leadership roles at automotive and industrial businesses, Mr. Roney brings a broad range of business experience to Lumileds. Prior to joining Lumileds, Roney served as Chief Operating Officer for Stanley Infrastructure, a division of Stanley Black & Decker. Previously, Roney was the President of Paladin Attachments, which was acquired by Stanley Infrastructure. He also spent eight years at TRW Automotive, now known as ZF TRW, in roles of rising responsibility, including Vice President and General Manager of its $2.5 billion Global Steering Business. Roney has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, an MSE in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Amit brings over 20 years of executive management, technological and entrepreneurial experience to the Prysm team. With a proven track record of growing successful technology-related businesses, and a career that spans the data-storage, high-end optical telecommunication, and low-cost datacom devices industries, Amit is well versed in the integration of technologies and manufacturing processes. Before founding Prysm, Amit was CEO of Bigbear Network and the co-founder and CEO of Versatile Optical Networks, which was acquired by Vitesse Semiconductor Corp. At Vitesse, Amit led the Optical Systems Division as Vice President and General Manager until the division was acquired by Avanex Corporation. Prior to Versatile, Amit held several management positions in startups and established large companies including Terastor, Optex Communications, and Digital Equipment Corporation. Amit holds a BS in Physics, a BSEE, MSEE & MBA degrees.

Richard Geiger is a product design engineer with over 20 years of design experience in Aerospace, Medical, and Consumer Products. Mr. Geiger has been responsible for all facets of product development from conceptualization, design, testing, manufacturing, and service. He has experience designing products utilizing a wide variety of manufacturing processes: rapid prototyping, machining, metal casting, stamping, injection molding, metal and plastic extrusion, long and short fiber composites. Mr. Geiger has authored over 20 US Patents and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Penn State University in Power Electronics.
