Peter Madeja currently serves as President, CEO, and a member of the Board of Directors of GENEX Services, Inc., a national provider of managed care services to the Worker’s Compensation market.He was originally a partner in GENEX while the business was privately held. He has subsequently guided the company through several merger and acquisition transactions, including public ownership by NYSE companies and its current ownership by management and a private equity investor. Baude graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering/computer science from the University of Colorado.
