1976

The Charlotte Museum of History has been telling stories of the Charlotte, N.C., region since 1976.

1985

The flag visited the North Pole in 1985 with Ivey’s nephew, Erwin M. Jackson, Jr.

2006

Sintra also served as the signage substrate for “Charlotte’s Pole to Pole Flag” permanent exhibit that opened in 2006.

2008

Sintra was selected as the mounting substrate for “Charlotte Stories: Our Collections, Your Treasures,” a temporary display that opened in 2008 featuring area family heirlooms both owned by and donated to the museum.

2009

Ramón del Pino has been working for 3A Composites Core Materials in Ecuador since 2009, and is responsible for the Americas region; he began his career as forestry manager and quickly took on the responsibility as general manager.

2011

In 2011 he was appointed President of Global Key Accounts and Head of EMEA Sales.

John Chen has been General Manager of the Core Materials Division for the Asia-Pacific region since 2011.

2016

Kilian Jauch joined 3A Composites more than 10 years ago and has been CFO of the Core Materials Division since 2016.
