The Field Operations Manager if responsible for the day-to-day operation and administrative activities at multiple buildings within the district. Leads Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure conformance to contract requirements. Develops and implements cost control measures and level of service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications / contract requirements for assigned buildings. Oversees inspections, quality control measures, and the inventory control of equipment and supplies for the assigned buildings.

**Essential Duties**
+ Coordinate service activities for assigned buildings. Ensure that services are performed as contracted and at the intended profit margins.
+ Control supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications.
+ Interact with customers daily to obtain feedback on services and special needs. Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns.
+ Manage the company's quality control monitoring and safety programs at the assigned buildings.
+ Conduct quality of service inspections at assigned buildings.
+ Attend ABM training workshops when scheduled.
+ Develop operational improvement plans and implements process changes within assigned buildings.
+ Attempt to increase revenue by ensuring that Project Managers and Supervisors are looking for ways to provide additional or periodic services to the customers.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and all federal, state and local government regulations.
+ Ensure that all paperwork, including terminations, labor variance action plans, and operational models is complete and accurate and is submitted to the district/hub in a timely manner.
+ Analyze and manage, in a proactive manner, both the financial and the operational performance of the assigned buildings.
+ Ensure that payroll is accurate and submitted to the appropriate payroll personnel in a timely manner and, when applicable, correct any payroll discrepancies.
+ Work with District Manager to develop an action plan for all invoices that are outside of the contractual parameters.
+ Ensure that vehicle inspections are performed monthly. Ensure that vehicle maintenance is scheduled and performed on all area vehicles.
+ Manages and provides leadership to Project Managers, Supervisors, and Lead personnel assigned to the buildings.
+ Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of personnel within the assigned buildings.
+ Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws.
+ Responsible for directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining subordinates; addressing complaints, resolving problems, and terminating employees.
+ Perform other duties as assigned*Job duties may be modified at any time.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Must have a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a service-oriented environment.
+ Experience in cost estimating/pricing work is helpful, but not mandatory
+ Must have working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage procedures.
+ Must be able to write reports and business correspondence and effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers.

10. Promote cooperation and communication between field and office staff; includes all reports and paperwork {receipts, pick tickets, timesheets, billing documents and customer invoicing) are submitted on time, are correct and complete.
11. Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Experience/Education /Competencies:
7-10 years experience in commercial waterproofing environment; 3-5 years experience supervisory experience

What the Role is
The Field Service Supervisor at National Equipment and Service (NES) is a key leader responsible for managing field operations, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and driving both technician training and customer engagement. What you will do
Supporting Silent-Aire's Mission Critical Services, you will work unsupervised while making informed decisions to complete tasks as instructed. You will lead and travel with a small team of similar skilled technicians to assist with assigned tasks. You will also complete detailed end of day reports with complete accountability for the time spent on the task and identify and report the difference between any manufacturing and construction deficiency. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM DUTIES
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supervise technicians during installation and startup of machines at the customers' plant and maintain all working components as determined by customers' needs.
2. Schedule and coordinate travel to customers' location(s) for techs to supervise installation of our machines at the customer's plant and perform startup of new machine.
3. Assist techs with field trouble shooting on both warranty and repair orders.
4. Review jobs in the shop as production is in progress for possible field service problems.
5. Training of other employees and/or customers on machines.
6. Review and post service reports on jobs in the fields.
7. Assist Technical Service Manager when required.
8. Other functions as directed.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise Field Service Technicians and assist in training of temporary/new employees.
Qualifications/Skills: Must be able to present information to groups of employees, customers, suppliers, etc. both in writing and verbally. Be able to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint to communicate this information.
Education and/or Experience: College degree in electrical engineering and/or 2-3 years of technical experience in manufacturing automation, material handling, and/or machine control. Must have product component level knowledge, programming experience. Position requires multiple projects be handled at one time.
Language Skills: Communicate verbally and/or in writing with customers, suppliers, other employees, other departments and supervision as to work in progress, problems and/or completion. Must be able to present information to groups of employees, customers, vendors, etc.
Mathematical Skills: Be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide basic numbers. Calculate percentages and perform advanced mathematical procedures. College level mathematics.
Reasoning Ability: Be able to identify work process problems and possible solutions.
Certificates/Licenses/Registrations: Maintain local, regional and/or national memberships in appropriate professional organizations/associations.
Physical Demands: Stand for prolonged periods of time on concrete floor. Will be required to kneel, squat, stoop, recline, climb, crawl, and/or bend on an as needed basis. Must be able to adjust visual focus. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, over 50 lbs. with assistance of a lifting device.

Essential Duties
Coordinate service activities for assigned buildings. Ensure that services are performed as contracted and at the intended profit margins.
Control supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications.
Interact with customers daily to obtain feedback on services and special needs. Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns.
Manage the company's quality control monitoring and safety programs at the assigned buildings.
Conduct quality of service inspections at assigned buildings.
Attend ABM training workshops when scheduled.
Develop operational improvement plans and implements process changes within assigned buildings.
Attempt to increase revenue by ensuring that Project Managers and Supervisors are looking for ways to provide additional or periodic services to the customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and all federal, state and local government regulations.
Ensure that all paperwork, including terminations, labor variance action plans, and operational models is complete and accurate and is submitted to the district/hub in a timely manner.
Analyze and manage, in a proactive manner, both the financial and the operational performance of the assigned buildings.
Ensure that payroll is accurate and submitted to the appropriate payroll personnel in a timely manner and, when applicable, correct any payroll discrepancies.
Work with District Manager to develop an action plan for all invoices that are outside of the contractual parameters.
Ensure that vehicle inspections are performed monthly. Ensure that vehicle maintenance is scheduled and performed on all area vehicles.
Manages and provides leadership to Project Managers, Supervisors, and Lead personnel assigned to the buildings.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of personnel within the assigned buildings.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws.
Responsible for directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining subordinates; addressing complaints, resolving problems, and terminating employees.

Minimum Requirements
Must have a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a service-oriented environment.
Experience in cost estimating/pricing work is helpful, but not mandatory
Must have working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage procedures.
Must be able to write reports and business correspondence and effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers.
