Position Summary:

Requirements:
Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment strongly preferred.
1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required)
Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
Customer Service oriented, friendly, and positive demeanor with the ability to motivate team members and support customer requests in an orderly and timely manner.

Comprehensive knowledge of computers. Job Summary
Work closely with Enhancement Supervisor in support of Enhancement and company goals, through effective project and employee management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Frequently encourage and maintain safe working conditions and Promoting NLS's “Culture of Safety”, including but not limited to conducting Bi-Weekly safety meetings; ensuring proper personal protective equipment usage; correct equipment tie down techniques in vehicles; Road Side Work Zone Safety, and truck weight restrictions.

Qualifications:
Education
High school diploma, GED or at least 5 years related work experience.
Language Skills

Position: Summary
The Manager of Landscaping and Horticulture will be responsible for creating, designing, installing, and maintaining aesthetically pleasing landscapes around the Clubhouse, Tennis Facility, Pool area, and Golf Course, as well as managing and caring for native grass areas. You know basic tree care principals, cabling, pruning techniques, tree ID and disease ID.
You're not afraid of heights. You'll be climbing trees over 15', performing work on branches and truck platforms.
You can perform physically demanding work. Besides climbing, you'll be lifting, pushing, and pulling 25-50 lbs frequently; bending, reaching, stooping, crouching, walking; and working outside in all weather conditions.
