The Work:
+ Define the Veeva solutions across commercial, R&D, and quality for clients
+ Configure the Vault platform and interfaces to support E2E business processes
+ Define the data and integration architecture to support the Vault solution
+ Design and develop the data integrations between Vault platform and interfacing applications
+ Migrate the data from source applications to Vault platform
+ Drive the design of industry accelerators and assets to support differentiation and delivery excellence

Here's What You Need

Required:

An experienced UKG Integration Architect with a drive to succeed, a desire to learn, that will develop and grow our Workforce Software business.
The Work:
The UKG (Pro WFM) Integration Consultant works closely with teammates to ensure the maximum time to value of our clients' workforce management investment is achieved. Specifically, the primary objective for this role is to understand clients' current state and use expert knowledge and best practices to deliver Boomi Integration solutions on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. The UKG Integration Architect heads large, complex workforce management strategic and implementation engagements and manages these projects to successful completion.
Responsibilities:
+ Works with client leadership and Accenture project members to identify, analyze, and devise solutions to address complex business requirements and processes related to all areas of API and Boomi integration.
+ Able to lead all phases of a UKG Dimensions Software implementation requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment using industry and UKG best practices
+ Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify integration best practices, implement process improvements, and drives resources to deliver outcomes on time, within budget and with exceptional quality
+ Proactively identifies project issues and recommend viable solutions
+ Provides content expertise for tool set up and implementation ensuring successful and sustainable execution of the UKG Dimensions integration platform and technologies
+ Leads trainings in workforce management tools for leadership and staff.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
